Regina Nathan , (Soprano) is excited to be bringing her Concert of “Operatic Arias and Sacred Classics” to The Cathedral Church of St Canice in celebration of St Canice’s Day.
The concert will feature a selection of popular operatic arias such as ‘O mio babbino caro’, ‘Ebben n’andrò’, ‘Vissi d’arte’ and other arias in the first half of the concert accompanied by The Michael John Chamber Orchestra who will also be performing some favourite orchestral pieces. The second half of the concert includes some Irish folk songs with piano followed by well know classic hymns and sacred music ; Make me a channel of your peace, Céad míle failte romhat, Panis Angelicus and many others.
Regina is thrilled to have the St Canice’s Senior Orchestra from St Canice’s N.S Instrumental Music Programme, as her guest on this special night. More details to follow soon.
