As part of the National Craft Gallery’s Culture Night, Blown Beats, our Senior Orchestra will kick off proceedings with a fun filled performance in the courtyard.
The evening offers lots of fun for the family as following the orchestra’s performance, kids can craft their own funky finger pianos and bizarre bazookas with musical maker Ed Devane, learn how to Samba with the Magic of Music or even dress up like lions and march in the Carnival of the Animals*.Join us for a cultural extravaganza of music and making, inspired by Resonance our innovative glass instrument and music exhibition.
There will be wine and cheese for the adults and a funky bluegrass band in the courtyard to close the evening under the stars.
*Children’s workshops will be taking place all evening and are suitable for 4yrs – 12yrs. These are completely free and on a drop in basis so no need to book.
